Designed by Piergiorgio Cazzaniga, the Vis à Vis Lounger is sculpted from sustainable East‑Java teak, renowned for its durability, soft touch, and timeless character, supported with integrated frame details that connect visually and functionally. A thoughtfully integrated tabletop slips between paired loungers, so they seamlessly fit “vis à vis” (face-to-face), encouraging conversation, relaxation, and togetherness. Comfort is layered: the lounger accommodates an optional thick mattress pad with headrest, upholstered in high-performance fabrics, all removable and ventilating for mood and weather adaptability. Cazzaniga describes Vis à Vis as “a space to be together outside in comfort, to enjoy more communication with each other.” This ethos defines the piece; a lounger built not just for solitude, but for companionship.
