IO House Garden

Collaborate with Randle Siddeley and KSR Architects, we created the award-winning IO House, an ambitious and ultra-contemporary family home that celebrates innovation, sustainability, and playful design.

Located in a leafy North London conservation area, this 2,000 sqm residence balances architectural sophistication with environmental sensitivity. At street level, the home presents as a single storey, while two lower levels unfold beneath landscaped gardens. The curved green roof, planted with shrubs, small trees, and pollinator-friendly species, integrates the house seamlessly into its surroundings.

Inside and out, the design embraces a spirit of creativity and technological innovation, featuring a colour-changing staircase, moving digital walls, water curtains, and even two chrome slides linking the upper floors to the subterranean leisure level with its spa, gym, pool, and cinema.

The Modern Garden Company supplied a vibrant collection of Paola Lenti, Tribù, and Piet Boon furniture to complement Randle Siddeley’s dynamic planting scheme. Rich in colour and texture, the selection enhances the home’s expressive architecture and lush landscaping, creating outdoor and indoor spaces that are both playful and luxurious - a perfect reflection of IO House’s imaginative spirit.
