Villa Velanidia

Set above the Ionian Sea with sweeping 180-degree views, Villa Vilanidia is a private rental residence in Corfu designed for up to 20 guests. Working alongside Julie Toll Garden Design, with interiors by F3 Architects, The Modern Garden Company developed the outdoor furniture scheme across the entire property, from the infinity pool and palm courtyard to dining terraces, breakfast nooks, and quieter spaces throughout the garden.

With so many distinct settings, the specification was approached as one complete scheme rather than a series of individual areas. By sourcing across Tribù, Gloster, Paola Lenti, Yaaz, Symo and Talenti, we allowed each space to respond to its particular use while maintaining a consistent relationship between materials, colours and forms throughout the property.

The project demonstrates the value of multi-brand procurement on a scheme of this scale. Beyond specification and sourcing, The Modern Garden Company coordinated the different manufacturers, consolidated the furniture for onward transport to Corfu, arranged white-glove delivery and installation, and attended the installation on site to oversee the final placement and ensure the scheme was completed as intended.
